New Student Registration and Students Requesting Residency Waivers

Contact Department of Public Safety (DPS) Monday - Friday from 8 a.m.-Noon, and 1:00 pm. - 4:00 p.m. at (816) 874-3330 beginning Monday, July 26th.

Returning Student(s) Registration

Beginning August 2nd at 8:00 a.m., your online Parent Portal account will be available.

  • Select Forms and complete required information.
  • Upload a current electricity or gas bill (within last 30 days), lease agreement (signed by the landlord), or mortgage statement.


  • Spirit Week: Spirit Week is the week of September 20th ... Monday - PJ Day;  Tuesday (picture day) - Dress to Impress; Wednesday - Twin Day; Thursday - Disco/80's Day; Friday - Sports Day/Red Friday

  • Fall Sports Picture Day: Fall sports pictures are today, September 23rd! You may order online at and use Picture Day ID #EVTCKKRWG.

  • Junior Jags Color Guard: Come Join us for a Fall mini-clinic and performance on the football field at South. More information in room 403. Sign up via the QR code on posters. Any questions can be answered at or ask Mr. Hurt.

  • Fall Pictures: For those students that were not photographed on Tuesday, September 21st (due to a shortage of photographers), Lifetouch will be back on Tuesday, September 28th. This will just be for students that were not photographed on the original picture day. Picture retakes are scheduled for Thursday, November 4th.

  • Fall Picture Packets: You can still order picture packets online at Use Picture Day ID #EVT4FJHRZ.

  • Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA): Mark your calendars for Tuesday, September 27th at 7:10 AM in Miss Love's room (712) for the first FCA meeting. FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) is a student-led club geared towards 6th, 7th and 8th grade students who participate in or are fans of sports. However, all are welcome who would like to build community, be supported in their activities, grow in their faith and as a person, and have fun. This group meets to encourage each other, make new friends, and support our school sports + activities! See you then!

  • Volleyball News: Last night, the Husky Volleyball A Team defeated University Academy in two sets. In the first set, the Huskies won 25-13. Cheyenne Burge killed it on the court with 11 serves and 2 kills. Molly Hays had a stellar performance in the back row. In a close second set, the Huskies won 25-21. Janiya Davis had 3 serves and 4 back row attacks. Macie Sullivan and Kena Shaw also had some great passes. Excellent game ladies, and way to go get your first win of the season! 

  • Music Boosters Candy Bar Sales: Candy bars for sale! Help us raise money for our music departments in the Blue Springs School District! Come get them before or after school or during PACK any day starting now until they're gone! Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Almond, Crunch, Caramel. $1 each! See Mrs. Mainard in Room 404 (Choir Room). 

  • Student Council: STUCO Community Unity Week Committee Meeting in Ms. Fiene's room (812) on Wednesday, September 29th at 7:15 am.
